2025 SC COGS Conference

The South Carolina Councils of Governments Network, SCCOGS, formerly SCARC, would like to invite you to be a corporate sponsor of the 2025 Annual Meeting. This year’s meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, SC on
November 23-25, 2025.
The SCCOGS Annual Meeting is the only time during the year when a majority of board members from all 10 Councils of Governments in the State assemble. Approximately 300 delegates, including board members from all ten Councils of Governments, and their spouses, attend. All 46 South Carolina counties are represented. Most of the delegates are local elected officials, serving on City and County Councils. Many are also members of the South Carolina General Assembly.
As a Corporate Sponsor, you are invited to send representatives to the Annual Meeting and, if desired, to set up an exhibit table to provide information about your organization. Your area will come equipped with a chair and a draped table; however, any electrical needs will need to be arranged through Kingston Plantation.
Room reservations may be made directly with the hotel by contacting the Embassy Suites Hotel at Kingston Plantation at (843) 449-0006. Please mention that you are attending the SCCOGS conference to receive the conference room rate. (Note: Platinum Sponsors receive a complimentary room, and the conference coordinator will handle that room reservation.)
General registration costs (beyond the number of complimentary registrations included in each sponsorship level) are $150.00 per person. The spouse registration fee for conference attendees is $75.00.
